Compared to a decade ago, there are more humanitarian crises than ever today, impacting the lives of more people across the globe. 

For nearly three years, Sudan’s conflict has spiraled into a full-scale humanitarian catastrophe, leaving millions displaced, hungry, and in urgent need of assistance; 9.1 million people in Myanmar were exposed to the strongest tremors of an earthquake and Haiti experienced its bloodiest year in recent memory.

As food becomes scarce and and critical gaps remain in humanitarian funding, needs are rapidly outpacing resources — putting lives at risk in places like Gaza, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Syria, Sudan and more.

Without action, humanitarian needs will continue to grow, and vulnerable people will continue to suffer.
